Mary Jaron Kelley

Associate Program Director

Mary Jaron Kelley serves as the Associate Program Director for NPNS. She began her work with NPNS in 1996 as a University Park resident engaged in combatting graffiti and has since facilitated many of the NPNS district’s most important projects. She provides staff support to the NPNS, Inc. network, North Portland Land-Use Group, North Portland Transportation Committee, North Portland Green and to the neighborhoods of:

  • Arbor Lodge
  • Bridgeton
  • Cathedral Park
  • East Columbia
  • Hayden Island
  • Kenton
  • Overlook
  • Piedmont
  • Portsmouth
  • St. Johns
  • University Park.

Mary also administers the North Portland Trust Fund grant program and coordinates NPNS communications.
